Rocky Singh and Mayur Sharma believe that anything worth doing must be fun and unconventional. They have applied this principle to everything they do and the results speak for themselves. From being newcomers to the ‘reel world’ of television they take pride in having conceptualized, scripted and anchored a show, which in a short span of less than 2 years won the Indian Telly award for the ‘Best Travel Show’ in 2009. Their TV show ‘Jai Hind with Rocky & Mayur’ which takes an inside look at the Indian Armed Forces is in its second season and garnering excellent feedback. Rocky and Mayur bring the same contagious enthusiasm, humour, creativity and professionalism to their ‘real world’ work designing and delivering high impact corporate training and conference events. They have emceed shows including the NDTV Goodtimes National Food Awards where their brand of irreverent humour and high energy has made for some highly entertaining evenings. Rocky and Mayur contribute articles on food, travel and current affairs to publications such as FHM, Food & Nightlife, Zomato.com, and Outlook. Their first book (Highway On My Plate – the Guide to Indian Roadside Eating) is a runaway bestseller and they are working on the sequel to be released in 2012.

Rocky 40, believes that true freedom is the ability to do WHAT you want to do WHEN you want to do it. Life has taken Rocky to many places, he’s worked with Airlines to indulge his passion for travel ( British Airways / KLM), run a restaurant to indulge his passion for food and after running a successful business as the CEO of a multinational, retired from it to be able to indulge his passion for freedom. Rocky co-anchors the cult show ‘Highway on my Plate’ and also the hugely popular show ‘JAI HIND’ on NDTV Goodtimes.

Mayur Sharma

Mayur ‘retired’ from the apparel trade in 2003 when he gave up his job as the Head of Marketing(Asia) of a multinational organisation and went off to climb a mountain in Africa. Mayur has played, worked, traveled, rafted, and climbed his way across over 60 countries in 5 continents and is always looking to share new adventures at home, work, and in the fridge.
